Yoga is the perfect complement to running!  This class focuses on poses that lengthen and stretch the muscles that get short and tight when running.  We also focus on increasing core strength and the postural alignment that helps you avoid common problems.  This class is lead by a professional instructor from ahh yoga in Springfield.

Open to all levels of runners and all levels of yoga practitioners.

No pre-registration required.
